Guillaume Bertin
Guillaume Bertin is an expert in software development in the financial field. His varied experiences have given him a taste of the professions of developer, analyst, architect and project manager as well as exposure to different organizational cultures. He joined Tower Research Capital in September 2019 to help them open their Montreal office and immerse himself in a 100% tech environment.
As a manager, he tries to create a team dynamic that allows him to move away from a team-based approach to collective intelligence. He likes to see his teams achieve and realize themselves. Aware of the backwardness and potential in his field, he became an Agile transformation agent in Montreal.
