Agility has a strong momentum!

Last night, at the Saint-James Club, there was the conference supper with the creator and author of Management 3.0, Mr. Jurgen Appelo. The conference was about Change Management 3.0. More than 150 participants had the opportunity to listen to and exchange with the new fan favourite in management. Mr. Appelo presented his new “super model” including the 4 facets of a change, which is allowing to ease change within organizations and increase excellence. Stay tuned; a video of the conference will be available soon on our blog. Today and tomorrow, for the very first time in Canada, Mr. Appelo is giving his Management 3.0 course at W Montréal. Pyxis and its president are very pleased to be associated with Mr. Appelo to give this new course that allows managers to become exceptional leaders. Pyxis is the one and only Canadian company with the Management 3.0 trainer certification. Many dates are already available in Montréal, Québec, and Geneva. Do not hesitate to view our course calendar. Pyxis was very pleased to welcome Mr. Appelo, the new Agility influencer.

“With the tremendous work of research, summarization, and contribution of ideas that Jurgen has done to develop Management 3.0, I consider his contribution absolutely exceptional and a turning point in the evolution of organizations that develop IT solutions and in companies in general”, says François Beauregard, president of Pyxis.

We certainly wish to repeat the experience soon.
