The JiQ (Journée de l’informatique du Québec) event will take place on Wednesday, November 2nd. Jean-René Rousseau will be there as a speaker and he will talk about Agile transitions (Transition Agile : Démarrer du bon pied). In the last few years, Jean-René took part in numerous Agile projects and start-ups of Agile transitions. From this experience emerged flaws to avoid and tricks. He will share his experience with the audience in order to help them get ready for Agility. Many organizations have Agile initiatives undergoing, but few have real Agile transition projects.
