Webinar: “Understanding Toyota Kata”

When most people in large organizations think of Agility, they think of Scrum teams creating software or a new product. Except in organizations whose sole purpose is exclusively to produce software, these teams make up a relatively small percentage of the employee base.

Is it enough to only be Agile in one small portion of the business and muddle along in the rest? I believe not and hence my constant drive to Agility into both leadership and operations teams.

Becoming a fully Agile organization involves creating a living culture where we value people, live by values and deliver value in order to create exponential value for all. This is what it takes to move an organization from struggling to surviving and from good to great.

In this webinar, we will discuss the ideas presented in Mike Rother’s “Toyota Kata”.  Please bring challenges you have faced in your organizations for a lively and interactive sharing of ideas.
