Webinar “Scaling Agile with Kanban”
Many organizations adopt Agility, little by little, starting from individual teams. Soon, they realize that a team’s Agile practices can hurt other related teams. There is a growing need to scale Agile and several frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS and Nexus have been created to do this. These frameworks are often limited or too complex for the needs of the organization. The Kanban method provides an interesting alternative for scaling Agility across the entire organization without the need to learn a new framework or to follow new practices outside of Scrum and Kanban, which greatly simplifies the work.
