For the last 4 years, Pyxis‘ Agile consultants have been guiding a large pension investment manager with their Agile transition. This large-scale project allowed, among other things, to adopt a culture where people feel they are much more involved in and responsible for the quality of what is being delivered.

The mandate began with an integration team. Then, different teams were part of the project: i.e., development, operations, architecture, infrastructure and production support teams. Pyxis accompanied over 10 groups in the organizations, and we are still helping them.

Our consultants have been suggesting transformation and operating approaches that are adapted to each entity and field. Moreover, several Pyxis’ Agile coaches are helping people from different units assume their respective role that has greatly evolved with the implementation of Agility.
